Nyansa Hub resources are licensed for use; purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Seller license
Unless a product states otherwise, a Seller license is for use within one ecommerce business. The purchaser may use the resource with the people who work inside that same business, including staff or contractors acting for that business. A Seller license does not cover using the resource across separate client businesses.
Agency license
Where an Agency license is offered, it is designed for agencies, consultants, and service providers that need to apply the resource across multiple client businesses as part of their own work. You may use and adapt the resource within the licensed client work, but you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or provide the Nyansa Hub master files as a standalone product or as a substitute for the client purchasing an appropriate license.
Enterprise and white-label use
Enterprise, broad internal deployment, or white-label rights are custom unless a product expressly states otherwise. Contact us before using a resource beyond the Seller or Agency rights offered on the product page.
No redistribution
You may not resell, publicly distribute, upload, share, or republish Nyansa Hub files, templates, code, or substantial portions of a resource unless the applicable license expressly permits it.
