All Nyansa Hub products are digital downloads (PDFs, spreadsheets, templates, and similar files) delivered instantly or via a download link after purchase. Because files are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue with a download (corrupted file, broken link, wrong file delivered), contact us at [support email] within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right — by fixing the delivery or, at our discretion, issuing a refund.
