These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nyansa Hub website and your purchase and use of Nyansa Hub resources. Nyansa Hub is operated by African Delights Store LLC, doing business as Nyansa Hub.
1. Our resources
Nyansa Hub provides educational and operational ecommerce resources, including playbooks, toolkits, calculators, Coding Build Kits, bundles, articles, templates, and related materials. Product pages describe the intended buyer, scope, included materials, requirements, platform coverage, and any material exclusions.
2. Tested With and Designed For
Where we use labels such as “Tested With” or “Designed For,” they describe the evidence and intended scope of a resource. They are not guarantees that a marketplace, platform, integration, API, workflow, or third-party service will remain unchanged or will work identically for every user.
3. Marketplace and third-party changes
Ecommerce marketplaces, advertising systems, APIs, policies, fees, interfaces, and third-party services change over time. You are responsible for confirming that a resource remains appropriate for your current account, marketplace, jurisdiction, and operating environment before relying on it.

Your purchase grants the license stated for that product; it does not transfer ownership of Nyansa Hub intellectual property. Unless the applicable product or license expressly allows it, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share publicly, or make the resource available to others as a substitute for purchasing it. 7. Build Kits and editable materials
If a product includes editable files, prompts, code, templates, spreadsheets, scripts, or other modifiable materials, you may adapt them only within the scope of the license that accompanies the product. Receiving editable or source materials does not grant redistribution or resale rights.
8. Educational purpose and professional advice
Nyansa Hub resources are provided for educational and operational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where needed. See Disclaimers.
9. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee sales, profit, advertising performance, listing status, reimbursements, marketplace approval, account health, automation performance, or any other specific business result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your implementation and third-party platform decisions.
10. Updates and versions
A product page or the Updates & Changelog will describe the version and any update terms that apply. A purchase does not automatically include every future edition, major revision, replacement product, or expanded scope unless the offer states that it does.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy available on this site and any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or purchased materials to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, bypass marketplace or platform restrictions, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the security or operation of the store or its services.
