Nyansa Hub sells digital resources, including playbooks, toolkits, calculators, checklists, templates, Coding Build Kits, bundles, and related digital materials. Unless a product page states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, purchases of digital products are final once access has been provided or a download or access link has been issued.
When we will review a refund request
Please contact us promptly if you believe there is a problem with a purchase. We will review requests involving a duplicate charge or duplicate purchase, failure to receive or access the purchased resource because of a technical issue on our side that we cannot resolve, or a materially corrupted or unusable file that we cannot replace with a working copy.
Situations that generally do not qualify
Except where required by law, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind after digital access has been provided; failure to use or implement a resource; incompatibility with software, accounts, or prerequisites that were disclosed on the product page; changes made by a marketplace or third-party platform after purchase; or a particular business, advertising, sales, profitability, reimbursement, listing, or automation outcome not being achieved.
If a refund is approved
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where available. If a purchase is refunded, the license and access rights associated with that purchase may end.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
